I really wish there were more than ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ five stars that I could give for this book. I'm currently seeking an autism diagnosis after many therapists and health care professionals have reccomended I do so, but as an adult woman, trying to find useful, accurate resources and support that isn't aimed towards children or males is tough. The first day I read your book I was immediately pulled in and my plans for the day were paused,i just couldn't stop reading as it was the first time in a long time I felt seen and heard. The way you wrote it feels like sitting down with a lovely, insightful, Disney oriented friend who just wants to help you work through the tough times by telling you about her own experiences and ways to cope with yours. I learnt so much about myself and my autism, as well as learning valuable information about autism as a whole, ways to cope, and how much of a strong and beautiful person you(Chloé) are/is.
